Sales Trainees: We are looking for Sales Trainees who will be employed full time after a year of successful training and based on the performance during the training. During the training period, the salary will be based entirely on the sales metrics. After the successful completion of the training and upon the full time employment, it will be commensurate with the industry standards.

The candidate applying for this position must have an undergraduate degree with a fluency in English. They should have some basic level knowledge about the computers and the web based technologies. Part Time Positions Available:

Project Trainees: We are looking for Project Trainees to work on projects in the areas mentioned below. A typical trainee will be someone who is enrolled in an undergraduate engineering degree or undergraduate/masters degree in computer science. Final year students are not eligible unless the candidate offers a convincing reason to consider them for the project. The project duration can range from 2-6 months depending on the project assigned. 

Currently, projects are available in the following topics. This list will be updated regularly, based on our needs. So please check back again for any new topics that may be of interest to you.

• SaaS application interoperability: This project involves writing an app that will make SaaS applications from some of the major vendors interoperate among each other. We have two positions open for this project. A typical candidate should have programming experience in PHP and/or Python and AJAX technologies. They should know how to tap into APIs offered by different SaaS applications. We are looking for someone who can work independently and willing to spend time learning new technologies. The candidate should also be willing to do independent research for the project. Project duration can range from 2-3 months.
  
• SOHO Toolkit AMI: This project involves building an Amazon EC2 Machine Image based on certain web applications used by Small Businesses. The trainee will be involved in the planning of the architecture and then build the AMI and test it under different configurations. We have one position open for this project. The duration of the project will be 1 month.
• Web Conference AMI: This project involves building Amazon EC2 Machine Image by including a Web Conferencing Software. The trainee will build the AMI using the web application and test it for various configurations. The trainee will also do some benchmarking with the AMI and analyze to check if it will meet certain enterprise parameters. We have one position open for this project. The duration can range from 15 days to 1 month.
