Are you offering the Cloud based services?

No. We are only offering consultancy services to select a suitable Cloud based service for your personal and/or professional needs. Our research team has made extensive research on all the Cloud vendors and this expertise will help us develop a suitable plan for you that will offer huge cost savings and minimize the risks associated with the Cloud based computing.

Does the plan cost include any fees charged by the vendors for their applications/services?

No. The cost of the plan is for our consultancy services only. If any of your requirement needs a paid service from any Cloud vendor, you have to bear the cost separately. But, we will try to minimize any such associated costs.

Do you offer support for the applications and services offered by the third party vendors?

No. We don't offer support services for the third party vendors. You have to contact them through appropriate channels. However, we will let you know the best possible way to contact these vendors during the intial stages of our plan. We will also help you contact the vendors but we don't offer any assurances that we will do at all times. This is a courtesy extended by us based on the availability of our support representatives.

Can I cancel your service and get a refund?

Yes. You can get a full or partial refund (depending on how much time we have spent in our discussions with you) before we help you select various services for your needs. Once we offer our proposal for selecting the third party vendors, we cannot refund you your money. Please contact us for more information in this regard.

Can I hold you or your company responsible for any problems with the third party vendors like non availability of service or data loss or financial loss?

No. Even though we do extensive research to minimize the risks associated with these services, we cannot give any guarantee for the availability of applications/services from third party vendors. You can only hold them responsible based on the terms you had agreed when you signed up for their plans.
